What happens to the details you send with an enquiry, what this website records while you read it, and how to have any of it deleted.
Who handles it

What the enquiry form collects
Your name, phone number and postcode, which are needed to reply and to check the house is on the round; and, only if you write one, your message. If you send a price from the price checker or the price table, the form also carries the house size and extras you picked and the price shown.
The form also records which page you sent it from and, if you came from a leaflet or a link with a short code on it, that code. This shows which leaflets bring enquiries. The code is never stored on your device.
What it is used for
Answering your enquiry, pricing the work and arranging the clean. Nothing else. It is not used for marketing, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is never sold, rented or passed to anyone for their own purposes.
Who else sees it
The form is processed by FormVault, the form service that runs this site’s enquiry handling, which stores the submission and emails it on. The email itself is delivered by an email provider on FormVault’s behalf. Both act on instructions and neither uses what you sent for anything of their own.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that turn into work are kept for six years, because that is how long tax records have to be available. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within twelve months. Ask sooner and they go sooner.
What this website records
The web server keeps a short access log: the page requested, the time, the browser type and a masked version of the visitor’s address, which is cut down before it is written so it cannot identify a household. The headers that would carry the full address are discarded rather than stored, and so is any cookie header. The log is kept for thirty days and is used to see whether search engines have found the site.
No cookies, no tracking
There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. These pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser, no analytics script runs on them, no advertising or social media tracker is loaded, and nothing is shared with an advertising network.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to it being held at all. Call 07868 170455 or email [email protected] and say which. There is nothing to pay and no form to fill in. If the answer is unsatisfactory you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this notice
If what happens to your details changes, this page changes with it. It was last reviewed in November 2026.
